ALPR Digital In-Car Video System

Kustom Signals' digital in-car video system can now be integrated with an ALPR system, to automatically scan license plates and compare with any database to track stolen vehicles, wanted felons and Amber alerts.

Features of the integrated system include:

• Immediate audible and visible alerts of any hit against a database.
  
  
• A touch screen monitor that displays the license plate with a time and date stamp, GPS coordinates, image of the vehicle and relevant data base information pertaining to the nature of the hit.
  
  
• Automatic activation of the video recorder for each hit.
  
  
• Live simultaneous video display of two traffic lanes monitored by the ALPR system.
  
  
• High-volume license plate capture and accurate license plate recognition for vehicles traveling up to 130 mph.
  
  
• Ability to add event notes or create a database in the field.
  
  
• An optional back-office server to provide data management of license plate and related database information.
